$1 Parking is Damaging our Town Centres

The COV removed the first hour free in car parks even though the council’s own studies show that this resulted in a drop of over 25% of car park users in Mount Lawley.

Small businesses owners across the COV are desperately appealing to the COV to reverse this decision before their businesses suffer further loss in customers and affect their very survival. This appears to be falling on deaf ears.

Small businesses such as cafes and retail stores are park of the vibrant town centres that we all know and love. We need to support them so we can all continue to enjoy the services and products they provide.
