Financial Hardship: Rates relief for residents

The City of Vincent increased rates AGAIN in the 2023/2024 budget approved by council. Last year it went up 7.6% and this year 4.5%.

Ratepayers are suffering record high inflation, rising cost of living and significant rent increases and with interest rates on the climb, mortgage stress is real.

If you are struggling to pay your rates, the COV has a financial hardship fund of $50,000 to assist residents. Find out if you are eligible to apply for rates relief. Click here to find out if you are eligible.
